Granfalloon: Speculative Fiction & Poetry Zine Permanently Closed: This project is permanently closed to submissions (March 2025). We provide the following information as an archive. About At GRANFALLOON, we celebrate authors and works that explore the imaginary. It goes without saying — the power of imagination is infinite. It flows from the writer into readers, stirring their imaginations in turn. And when this alchemy occurs, readers can transcend their own mundane or exciting worlds and embrace new perspectives and possibilities previously unknown. Here, we strive to feature literary works of speculative fiction, imaginative, experimental stories set in far-flung, alien landscapes — fantasy realms, impossible universes, and parallel dimensions — and along the way, we present visions of the future that are both dark and bright, disturbing and optimistic. GRANFALLOON's grand mission is to connect writers with readers and provide a platform for authors whose work blends genres.
