About

Graphic Violence Lit [is] where we publish provocative poems. If you think it’s too much, we want it.
We like more. Maximalism is the name of the game.
Living is a violent act. Sixty to a hundred times a minute, your heart clenches like a fist. We don’t want your labored sighs. We’re seeking poetry to clench us.
We want your untapped content: your uncensored veins. We want to slam into your poems like they’re pavement & lose all our teeth.
We want poems that refuse to limit themselves: that strive for everything and also the kitchen sink.
We don’t want quiet: we want cacophony. Start a riot with your poems.
