About

Heuristic Halo Press is a free literary magazine based in Myanmar (Burma) committed to the presence of new, underrepresented voices in English literature. We endeavor to put the works of new, aspiring artists and writers in the spotlight so that the world can see what they have to show.
Heuristic Halo Press is established in 2022 by Heuristic Halo English Language Network and Information Hub with two main purposes: to foster the culture of expressing oneself to the world through art and literature and to spark public conversation on matters obscured by the information overload in today’s media. We will devote ourselves to fulfill these purposes.
Literature is a mirror that reflects the reality of humanity as it is; at the same time, it is also a sanctuary in which humanity can take refuge from its own reality. We would like Heuristic Halo Press to be both a metaphorical mirror and a sanctuary for our readers who either seek a reflection of reality or an escape from it.
