About

Homeplace is a youth-focused arts magazine, centered on how culture, memory, media, and lived experience become art. We publish all types of art and writing about everyday experiences, memories, and relationships, which nurture meaningful discussions about topics such as identity, teen culture, social trends, and politics. In our blog and print editions, we make a conscious effort to highlight the creative process behind each story, photo, and piece of artwork.
Our mission is to create space for young creatives to authentically share their creative processes and experiences through art, writing, and community. We hope to pave the way for fellow young creatives to fulfill their creative goals and feel empowered to express themselves.
