About

Deep in the Valley of Gwangi, a posse of bored literature fans, cat fanatics, and T-Rex enthusiasts all pondered one pressing question: Why isn’t there a dreamy lit press that publishes a variety of whimsical writing?
If you're a fan of literature that marries art and broadsides, we're the lit press of your dreams. Meow Meow Pow Pow is a broadside press that takes short prose and poems and creates art to accompany it. Once that art is done, we make it into a free broadside that you can download, print out, and share wherever you want the words to be seen. Wheatpaste it, make it into a paper airplane, crumble it and toss it in the wastepaper basket for an impromptu literature basketball game. We don’t care, so long as you get the words out.
MMPP wants to create works of art for casual readers as well as capital L literary folks. Submit your poetry, prose, pain, partying, putridity, or panoply of librettos on the current theme to our crack team. We love you.
