About

Novel Noctule is an online, independent fiction magazine dedicated to the horror genre. We publish horror that sheds light on the human condition. Most variants and sub-genres are accepted. This, meaning that we will accept anything from supernatural, goblin-ghoul-zombie-thumping-in-the-night types of works to more subtle, mundane terrors. That being said, stories featuring excessive violence for its own sake (i.e., gore or violence that is not justified by the overall plot) will likely not find a home with our magazine.
