About

We're interested in interrogating the "normal": life in wage labor, the nuclear family, the climate catastrophe, postcolonialism. We want to gather critical perspectives on all of this and create utopian spaces – queer, feminist, anti-racist, and anti-capitalist. We take a broad view of what counts as political. What we're looking for in creative submissions is something concrete and alive – not sloganistic or heavy-handed. For us, literature isn't a zombie – it captures present-day voices in contemporary language.
