About

Rabbitbrush.org is a person-focused, place-based literary arts journal catering to “outsiders” (outside of the mainstream) with a connection to the American West (Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington and Wyoming).
Additionally, we specifically seek work by rural artists about rural places and we encourage anyone, anywhere who writes from that experience to submit.

Limited Demographic: Submissions are restricted to outsiders with a connection to the American West (Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington and Wyoming) and living in rural places.
