Retreats from Oblivion is a journal of noir, crime, and mystery fiction and culture. It is the official journal of NoirCon, a biennial conference devoted to noir and its creative expressions. We envision this journal to be an extension of the artistic community built around NoirCon, and hope that the online forum can deepen, enrich, and expand its network.
