(April 2018) About Seizure is a launchpad for Australian writing. Founded in late 2010 by a small band of frustrated creatives, Seizure has gone on to produce six print journals and is now coming to you from our digital home. From 2011–2013 we produced a biannual magazine that showcased some of Australia’s finest writing coupled with stunning visuals – design, photography and illustration. To get your hands on the print incarnation, click here. In January 2014 we launched our new website which houses our many projects – from Features and Flashers to Alt Txt and the Roundup. Each week we will bring you new writing to engage and delight as well a program of events – both at festivals and beyond. Seizure is run by dedicated volunteers, you can meet them below. We’re keen to collaborate, develop and expand our community. If you like what we’re doing, please subscribe, share and contact us to get involved.
