About

Founded in 1987, The Bayou Review is a student-run literary and arts magazine from the University of Houston-Downtown. With the help of a faculty advisor, UHD students get the opportunity to learn the inner workings of running a literary magazine that showcases works from a diverse group of writers, poets, translators, and visual artists from all over the U.S. and the world.
