The Bitterroot Review

This project is believed to be defunct. (June 2014)

About

The Bitterroot Review was founded out of a restless passion for the written word. We are dedicated to providing free, high quality literature to readers and a creative outlet for those who seek it. We are named for the Bitterroot mountain range in western Montana; a wild, craggy range where, our editor says, the soul rises a little closer to the skin. We are looking for work that will do the same thing. Writing that speaks to the inherent truths of being human; art that captures something visceral and real. This can take many forms.
