The Blind Vigil Revue Permanently Closed: This project is permanently closed to submissions. We provide the following information as an archive. About Welcome to The Blind Vigil Revue, the flagship magazine of Blind Vigilance Press. B.V.P. seeks to bring to the public marginalized artists that we feel can have an impact on the community. While attention will be given to local artists, we do welcome content representing all communities, countries, races, orientations, and creeds. We appreciate your input regarding poems, short stories, articles, essays, critical reviews, and anything else examining the fields of art, film, and literature. We are not content to be a magazine of simply page after page of poetry, so therefore highly encourage you to send in visual art, short films, music videos, etc. If you created it yourself, and it's cool, we want to see it!
