About

The Modern Artist [is] a literary magazine using art to understand what it means to be an artist in the current technology-driven landscape. The rise of art generated by artificial intelligence has led to increasing amounts of polarization about what art is, however, artists have been largely silenced during these conversations. We aim to use art to give artists the ability to amplify their voices in these discussions. To do this, we publish work from today's artists about their thoughts and experiences. We believe art is extremely powerful and can ignite social change. Therefore, harnessing the social power of art within these discussions could help the artist community. Join us in our mission to understand the modern world of creation.
