The Rogues Gallery

A project of Firbolg Publishing (see other related projects).

Permanently Closed: This project is permanently closed to submissions. We provide the following information as an archive.

About

The Rogues Gallery, a collection of flash fiction, will be released yearly in January. The anthologies will consist of flash fiction stories submitted throughout the year to our monthly web site contest. Each anthology will have a specific theme inspired by images from the 1800s. In keeping with the ties that bind and bound Firbolg Publishing to the past, each month we will post a woodcutting or drawing from the nineteenth century. The image is the prompt for your imagination–create a piece of flash fiction based on the picture, and submit it to Firbolg for consideration for our monthly “best of” postings and the opportunity to be included in the year-end anthology.
