The Turning Leaf Journal See other projects related to this listing. About The Turning Leaf Journal is founded upon the message of change. We aim to publish essays, poetry, hybrid works, and art that explore the turning over of a new leaf through life’s entrances, exits, seasons, formation, and destruction. This journal is a space to explore the uncomfortable, the things most usually run away from. We hope that in doing so, relief is found. Confronting the growing pains makes room for new life, and we think this is worth celebrating. As a brand new journal, we want to do things differently. Transparency is one of our priorities, and we want to take you behind the scenes and show you what it’s like to run a literary journal. We’ll show you the difficult parts, and celebrate with you during the successes. We have a big vision for what this journal can be! We’ll start slowly and reveal the vision to you one step at a time.
