Wyvern Fledgling Listing: This project is new and has been listed with us for less than six months. We list other projects with similar titles. Please check that you report any submissions under the correct listing. About I decided to launch Wyvern after visiting a Barnes and Noble and being unable to find anything like the sword-and-sorcery that made my nape hairs prickle back in the day when I came across my first Conan, Ace paperback with a Frazetta cover. Having come across a growing self-published alternative to the romantasy dominated mainstream (what some are calling the third wave of S&S), I decided to throw in my hat to bring a certain kind of reader more of those pulpy adventures we just don’t see enough of these days.Part of the fun with these anthologies is that it is not only powered by readership, but by those who contribute to its pages! Whether you are an established author or an aspiring one that writes S&S, you may find a home here. We are also on the lookout for great artists to contribute to our publication as well. Our standards are high since we are looking to bring the best modern day stories to our readership, but if you think you have what it takes be sure to check out our submissions page.
