About

Bleeding Heart Publications is a South East Asia- based publishing house that specializes in English language fiction and non-fiction full-length; and fiction shorts. Our publications sell primarily in the United States and are available online and in stores. We are looking for voices - voices that stand out - voices that have new ideas and the talent to express them in thought-provoking ways. We are looking for a range of styles in a variety of genres. There is no right or wrong subject matter in our opinion. We just want to hear your voice.

Before Submitting

We cannot guarantee that the information on this page is correct. It is not unusual for publications to evolve or close without notice. We do our best to keep up, but it isn't always possible. Duotrope listings do not imply endorsement or recommendation of the project being listed. Before submitting, you should use your own judgment to determine whether the project meets your standards.

Always read the full guidelines provided by the publisher.
Try to read at least one previous publication to get a better idea of what the editor would like to see.
Unless the publisher's guidelines state otherwise, always use industry standard manuscript formatting.
For book publishers, it is standard to submit a cover letter, synopsis, and sample instead of the full manuscript. Do this unless otherwise instructed.
Be professional, patient, and persistent.
