Cerulean Rain Publishing

This project is believed to be defunct. (May 2016)

About

Cerulean Rain Publishing will provide a place for authors to be discovered, to showcase their works, and for readers to explore the boundaries of the world of e-publishing. Cerulean Rain Publishing is a free e-press that runs on donations. We are looking for works that go beyond mainstream and push the boundaries of what people are used to reading. We like to see experimental works and writers that take risks in their writing. We are open to any theme, but we especially like darker themes, existential themes, life and death themes, mental illness, other worldly themes, and anything that looks at the universe from a unique perspective.

Before Submitting

We cannot guarantee that the information on this page is correct. It is not unusual for publications to evolve or close without notice. We do our best to keep up, but it isn't always possible. Duotrope listings do not imply endorsement or recommendation of the project being listed. Before submitting, you should use your own judgment to determine whether the project meets your standards.

  • Always read the full guidelines provided by the publisher.
  • Try to read at least one previous publication to get a better idea of what the editor would like to see.
  • Unless the publisher's guidelines state otherwise, always use industry standard manuscript formatting.
  • For book publishers, it is standard to submit a cover letter, synopsis, and sample instead of the full manuscript. Do this unless otherwise instructed.
  • Be professional, patient, and persistent.
