About

Dark Lake Publishing LLP is an independent publishing house based in India and the UK, founded in 2021, with a sincere heart to publish some of the finest works by new and emerging talents of dark literature. From eerie encounters with phantoms to the stifling clutches of real life. Politics of fantasy world, or the hopelessness of dystopian land. We publish stories that are atmospheric, grim and brutally real. Stories focused on deep and complex characters stuck in an unpleasant situations, dark subject matters, and intense emotions. Our readers should expect stories that are diverse, entertaining, and very close to reality. We are committed to publishing gothic fiction, literary fiction, science fiction(utopian and dystopian) and fantasy written by or featuring LGBTQIA+ people, people of color, Native people, disabled people, and those from other underrepresented or marginalized communities.
