About

Diabolic Publications books are written by and appeal to the dark hidden nature of mankind. We publish the disturbing and controversial work of the most daring and innovative writers of our time. We publish what we like, what we feel deserves to be published. We aren’t afraid to publish works or authors that might be controversial or different. The world of books isn’t made up of strict genres and the same old formats. It is the books that sway away from the accepted norms that catches, and retains the reader long after the last page has been turned. This is what we want to publish and read, the type of books and writers who gain our attention and our passion for this business.

Before Submitting

We cannot guarantee that the information on this page is correct. It is not unusual for publications to evolve or close without notice. We do our best to keep up, but it isn't always possible. Duotrope listings do not imply endorsement or recommendation of the project being listed. Before submitting, you should use your own judgment to determine whether the project meets your standards.

  • Always read the full guidelines provided by the publisher.
  • Try to read at least one previous publication to get a better idea of what the editor would like to see.
  • Unless the publisher's guidelines state otherwise, always use industry standard manuscript formatting.
  • For book publishers, it is standard to submit a cover letter, synopsis, and sample instead of the full manuscript. Do this unless otherwise instructed.
  • Be professional, patient, and persistent.
