Ghost City Press Summer Micro-Chapbook Series A project of Ghost City Press (see other related projects). Permanently Closed: This project is permanently closed to submissions (April 2026). We provide the following information as an archive. About We started our annual Micro-Chapbook Series back in 2016 as a way to provide our readers with free poetry throughout the summer. Supporting the online-lit community can be expensive and this was a way for us to help introduce new writers to the community, to help established writers find a broader audience, and to help raise money for all of the writers and artists involved. We now release one micro-chapbook each weekday throughout the summer. Every title released as part of the Summer Series is available as a free PDF download on our website. In addition to downloading the collections of poetry, fiction, and cross-genre work, you also have the option of donating to any of the writers involved, and the best part is that they get to keep 100% of what’s donated to them. Some of our authors have even chosen to forward their donations to various charity organizations (these are noted on their individual micro-chap pages).
