About

We are an indie publisher of LGBTQIA stories, and we are located in Kansas City, Missouri. Hansen House is brand new. Which is a scary place to be in such an established world. But we believe in queer stories, and we believe in queer authors, too! Hansen House was founded on the belief that there can never be too much LGBT+ literature out there. Which means we are dedicated to helping LGBT+ authors succeed. We are owned and operated by LGBTQIA people. We are, of course, excited about romance, but we have a specific interest in finding other exciting stories, adventures, and worlds. Which is to say, we’d love to see more LGBTQIA fantasy, mystery, sci-fi, and more featuring LGBTQIA characters.
