Indolent was founded as a home for poets of a certain age who have not published a first collection. But the mission of the press is broader than that: Ultimately, Indolent publishes books the editors care about. The main criteria are that the work be innovative, provocative, risky, and relevant. Indolent is queer flavored but inclusive and maintains a commitment to diversity among authors, artists, designers, developers, and other team members. Indolent Books is an imprint of Indolent Arts Foundation, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit charity founded in January 2017.Country: United StatesEstablished in: 2015Publishing ProjectsThis publisher does not accept direct, unsolicited submissions, except for the following active project:Second Coming Charges fees for all submissionsThese inactive listings for projects were found: HIV Here & Now Anthology CLOSEDHIV Here & Now Website CLOSEDA River Sings DNQTransition: Poems in the Aftermath CLOSEDWhat Rough Beast CLOSED Cookie Consent: This site uses secure first-party cookies for essential, preference-setting, and statistical purposes.
