About

We are an "indie" eBook publisher of quality erotica, fantasy, and romance. While a new publishing company, the staff at Roane Publishing have been working in the publishing business for over 10 years. At Roane Publishing we understand that without authors, there would be no publishers, and we have made it our mission to put our authors first. Roane Publishing provides competitive royalty rates, professional editing, eye-catching covers, and we work closely with readers, reviewers, and bloggers to ensure a strong promotional and marketing presence for all of our releases. We do, however, also expect our authors to contribute to their own marketing and maintain an active online presence. We are an e-publisher, after all.

Before Submitting

We cannot guarantee that the information on this page is correct. It is not unusual for publications to evolve or close without notice. We do our best to keep up, but it isn't always possible. Duotrope listings do not imply endorsement or recommendation of the project being listed. Before submitting, you should use your own judgment to determine whether the project meets your standards.

Always read the full guidelines provided by the publisher.
Try to read at least one previous publication to get a better idea of what the editor would like to see.
Unless the publisher's guidelines state otherwise, always use industry standard manuscript formatting.
For book publishers, it is standard to submit a cover letter, synopsis, and sample instead of the full manuscript. Do this unless otherwise instructed.
Be professional, patient, and persistent.
