Let’s revive the spirit of former days of planetary romance, of square jawed rocketeers and raiders of the spaceways, killer robots and space princesses, beastmen and barbarians; the desert cities of Mars and the reptile infested jungles of Venus, the swordsmen of the Saturnian moons, and lost worlds that time forgot… Sword and Planet is looking for stories of swashbuckling and romance on other worlds, whether it’s the sword and planet genre itself, retro space opera, or sword and sorcery set on other worlds.
