About

LOVELORN PHILADELPHIANS: will you be our Valentines? (Literally. We want to put your poems on custom V-Day cards.) In the year ahead, we need to fight for love in every form and keep it flowing in Philly. That’s why APIARY is running a short but sweet OPEN SUBMISSIONS CALL for poems steeped in intimacy, longing, affection, adoration, flirtation, and rrromance. We want your LOVE, plain and simple. We are especially interested in short, striking pieces by current or former residents of Philadelphia.

No Fees! This contest does not charge mandatory fees.

Important: Submissions from current or former residents of Philadelphia preferred.
