Black Cats Are Good Luck Story Contest A project of Honeyguide Literary Magazine (see other related projects). Permanently Closed: This project is permanently closed to submissions (October 2021). We provide the following information as an archive. About We strive to provide quality stories and opportunities for animal lovers and to change the perspectives of misunderstood animals. Black cats are still very often seen as bringers of bad luck and evil, and we are eager to serve as an avenue for change with our October issues. Like with general submissions, we are not looking for stories simply about beloved black cats, but stories of reflection, changed lives or mindsets, and the cats who brought blessings into human lives. Fees Notice: This project charges fees (or requires purchases) for all submissions.
