At Quills and Cosmos Press, we believe that everyone deserves to see themselves as the hero of the story. Founded by a passionate team of storytellers, we are dedicated to bringing underrepresented voices to the forefront of science fiction and fantasy. We believe that stories should reflect the diversity of the world we live in, and we’re committed to publishing works that explore new perspectives, cultures, and experiences.
Our press specializes in speculative fiction by women, BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and other minorities, amplifying voices that are too often overlooked in traditional publishing. We are a woman-owned, LGBTQ+ team, and our love for great stories drives us to seek out unique, fresh takes on the genre. Whether it’s the magical realms of fantasy or the expansive possibilities of science fiction, we’re here to champion stories that break boundaries and inspire readers to see the universe—and themselves—in new ways.
