About

Lions and tigers and bears – oh my! I want your best creature stories here – horror, suspense, and survival stories of camping trips gone wrong, perilous diving expeditions in shark-infested waters, and safaris where the hunters become the hunted. Keep in mind I did say ‘survival’ stories; at least one character has to live or else, who’s telling the story? As with all my anthologies, I’m looking for character-oriented tales. The action, chases, and man-eating beasts are important, but the story should be about the character’s personal struggle.
