Visions Across 20 Light Years A project of Static Movement (see other related projects). Do not submit here! This project is believed to be defunct. (June 2014) About In September of 2010 scientists made a long awaited announcement. Orbiting a red dwarf star about 20 light years distant, is Gliese 581g, the first planet we have been able to detect within its parent star’s habitable zone. While we don’t know if life exists there, this anthology is devoted to the potential this discovery represents. I would like to see your Science Fiction/Fantasy/Horror/Thriller/Adventure stories that explore this wondrous discovery. Tell me about the civilizations that develop on this world. Let me know about the people that would live on this harsh planet. Do civilizations exist there, or do other species study the indigenous life forms? Chronicle their first contact with humanity or with other races. Explore the possibilities...
