I admire the tens of online literary magazines which exist solely because of the love for literature. The platforms provided by the online literary magazines often acts as a wonderful springboard to young aspiring literary authors.

All authors whose works always strive to challenge the existing boundaries of literature - its forms, content, themes.
For instance, Milorad Pavic. With his exemplary works, he strived to take the literary form of novels to a different dimension.

The layout. Unbiased content selection.Variety.Providing a platform to aspiring new literary talents.

Please review your work as an outsider and make it as perfect as possible in terms of word length, precision, quality, grammar/language etc., Please try to explore new forms/structures. More than anything else, the work must breathe life.

As a well-structured document. With a brief third person biography. A profile picture, if available. And, a brief synopsis of the work in case of fiction.

Attaching their work as a Word document that is not properly formatted, with lots of grammatical errors/spelling mistakes etc.,
A thorough review, preferably by a literary peer/friend is always advised before submission.

A brief biographical note is generally adequate. List of previous publications would definitely help in further research into the author's literary styles, audience reception and the like.

Generally, all the works are read in full before a decision is arrived at. Often, the author may be requested to make some changes, if required, in terms of word length, presentation style etc.,
