We care about curating the work of a vibrant and active Italian-American voices. Get to know the publication. While we are an Italian-American journal, we will not publish work based on tired old stereotypes and tropes. There is more to IA writing than your trip to Florence or your grandmother's spaghetti. They think that sending a nasty note about their rejection will change our mind. Writers often do not proofread. They query too early in the process---they are not patient. We care very much about the person submitting a piece and we want to know something of them.
