Promising submissions get added to a sort list for publication, which we use to plan our weekday posts. Each shortlisted piece will be reviewed more thoroughly before publication, and this is the final review stage before acceptance/rejection.Mark Wadley, Editor-in-chief on 14 September 2023How much do you edit an accepted piece prior to publication?We do very little editing, typically preserving the piece as the author submitted it.
